During the summer months of June to Spetember 2019, the New York Police Department received over 100,000 noise complaints. And in almost 75% of the cases they found no evidence, or upon arrival policed found those responsible for the condition were gone. Fake Noise NYC maps the locations of these complaints. These are the grumpiest places in New York City.
